About Me

I'm a software product manager working in healthcare tech.

Origins

Within a very short time of starting as a Software Engineer at Doctor.com, I was suddenly in charge of the UI and features of a number of solutions. I had to work with leadership on planning and development. At the time, I just thought that's what all full stack engineers at startups did. It came naturally to me as someone interested in the UX and the functioning of our business.

It would be a few years before I had realized that I was doing two jobs at once. I was developing roadmaps and proposals for my own projects, handing myself requirements. It's a little amusing in hindsight.

I transitioned to full-time Product Management at the beginning of 2020 and hung up my git access.

Current job

I'm a Senior Product Manager at Press Ganey, working in the consumer experience division.
